El Mombacho is a 100% Arabica grain coffee, recognized as a labeled coffee, from the Dipilto region in Nicaragua. Grown at an altitude of over 1500 meters by Olman Valladarez, on his "Finca Buenos Aires" farm, this coffee is then roasted in France and offers notes of almond, dark chocolate and candied melon for a balanced result. Packaging: 250 g.

LUGAT Nicaragua El Mombacho coffee:
This coffee offers a soft attack with almond notes. Expect a round-bodied espresso, with a silky texture highlighting dark chocolate notes. It's a balanced and gourmet cup, with a delicate finish on candied melon.
Presentation of the farm and producer:
This El Mombacho grain coffee comes from the Dipilto region in Nicaragua. This coffee is the result of Olman Valladarez's work on his "Buenos Aire" farm.
Luis Valladarez, the founder of the farm, started his activity by buying a small farm called Buenos Aires before buying two other farms, La Laguna and El Suyatal.
At first, all his production was sold only in cherries until the construction, a few years ago, of his own processing plant: Cafetalera Buenos Aires. His goal was to control production and export of these coffees as much as possible.
In 2004, Luis Emilio's second son, Olman, joined his father and brother to manage and administer the family farms.
Becoming an expert in processes and mono-variety coffees, he started in 2005 to present numerous Micro-Lots from his farms at the Cup of Excellence competition in Nicaragua, achieving very good results.
