This coffee results from the assembly of several Arabica grains carefully selected by Christophe Servell, founder of Terres de Café and Best Roaster in France in 2015. After trips to Brazil, Ethiopia, and Guatemala, he created, upon his return to France, this premium blend: The Full Monkeys.
When tasting, this coffee reveals gourmet notes of milk chocolate and caramel, brought by the grains from Guatemala. These sweet flavors are intensified by the presence of Brazilian grain coffee.
