The Full Monkeys showcases all of Terres de Café’s expertise.Roasted with passion by the brand’s founder, Christophe Servell, but above all by a talented roaster, this 100% arabica coffee impresses with its balance. Sourced from countries with a proven heritage and know-how in coffee, rich aromas are thus developed as espresso. The wide variety of arabica brings a real plus at every level: the Brazilian bean gives body in the cupand sweetness, the Ethiopian Moka a slight hint of acidity and the Guatemalan bean adds indulgence! It can be ranked among the brand’s premium coffees.
Recommended brewing methods: moka pot, espresso machine, and refillable capsules.
Terres de Café classifies its coffees into three scores: 80+, 85+, and 88+. These scores were not chosen at random; they are representative of coffee quality and are awarded by the Specialty Coffee Association of America. A strict scoring system that enables a common language for everyone in the industry and for enthusiasts. It is based on multiple cuppings, taking into account specific coffee characteristics (aroma, flavor, aftertaste, acidity, body, harmony, purity...).
In the end, a final score of at least 80/100 earns it the designation “specialty coffee”.
