The range Eureka Mignon Oro XL Range is divided into 3 finishes.
But all these finishes feature the same technologies developed by the Italian brand:
- Silent Range, where the old Mignon models were very noisy, Eureka integrated the Silent Technology as on the semi-pro Atom model, making them very quiet.
- Grinding precision developed by an innovative micrometric adjustment and motor block alignment.
- Dispensing spout designed so that all the ground coffee goes into the filter, moreover, thanks to the system developed by Eureka, the grind will always be fine, clump-free.

For its hundredth anniversary, the Italian brand Eureka created EUREKA ORO: a new generation of espresso grinders, designed for the modern barista (at home or in the professional environment), who seeks performance and innovation.
The Mignon XL is part of the EUREKA ORO range.
This grinder is equipped with the best technologies from the Eureka brand that have made this brand a safe bet for espresso lovers.
The "Diamond Inside" burrs : these flat 65mm stainless steel burrs are treated with a patented cryogenic thermal process at -193°C. This treatment ensures more durable burrs and sharper for longer.
They also ensure a perfect and homogeneous grind.
The combination of a powerful direct-drive motor (1650 rpm) and the "Diamond Inside" burrs guarantees fast grinding and good productivity (2.3 - 2.8 g per second).
This espresso grinder is equipped with the ELR system (Extremely Low Retention) for minimal retention and the Ace System from Eureka, which prevents clumping and eliminates static electricity. This combination also ensures consistency of doses dispensed by the Mignon XL.
Moreover, maintenance is made easy by the "High Speed" which allows you to remove the burrs with just 9 screws, without losing your grinder settings.
The touch screen on the front with intuitive backlighting that allows to adjust a dose, two doses or grind on demand.
Very precise micrometric adjustments and thanks to the special system patented by Eureka, the only one based on repositioning the lower burr. This system et grâce au système spécial breveté par Eureka, le seul basé sur le repositionnement de la meule inférieure. Ce système maintains precise adjustment through the alignment of the burrs and the motor block at every turn of the dial. The motor rises and lowers with the adjustment, in order to guaranteeflawless precision.
The grind adjustment dial is easy to handle thanks to its numbered markers.
Eureka has added a small notch on the front to allow you to better see which setting you are on.
Aadjustable fork with a rubber coating to let you lock the portafilter and dispense the grind in "hands-free".
Furthermore,Eureka has paid special attention to the accuracy of the grind distribution.All of the ground coffee is delivered into the filter,with no risk of splatter thanks to the materials and technologies used that neutralize static electricity.
The Eureka Oro Mignon XL grinder also comes with thetamping kit Eureka Mignonwhich includes a silicone mat (227mm x 280mm) made for this range of grinders. It will hold your grinder and your tamping accessories to keep your coffee station always clean. A universal portafilter holder and a cleaning brush are also provided.
