Lionel Lugat is the emblematic roaster of BaristaDiscount . Over the years he has built a solid team of roasters.

Presentation of the terroir:
This Arabica blend (Mundo Novo/Catuai) comes from an exceptional blend of three high-altitude farms from the Cerrado region. These three coffees were blended because of the exceptional quality of their cup, with gourmet aromas and because of their similarity.
This blend of coffees has a PGI label (Protected Geographical Indication) with the certification "Cerrado Mineiro" which ensures that this coffee is indeed from this region. The coffee plants are grown in areas at altitudes ranging between 800 and 1300 meters and are known for consistently producing high-quality coffees with a unique identity.
Each certified bag is marked and sewn with a barcode and QR Code allowing to trace the producer of the lot and obtain information about the coffee.
The PGI label is an official sign that promotes products characteristic of a terroir, guarantees their quality, and thus fights against counterfeiting by protecting a geographical name associated with the specific character of a product (agricultural or artisanal).
