Mahlkönig presents a rethought version of the Guatemala, a boutique mill recognized by coffee sales professionals.
This new model offers a new geometry of the burrs, a larger hopper capacity and an elegant body made entirely of aluminum, for maximum longevity.
This high-end professional coffee mill is equipped with treated steel burrs with a diameter of 71 mm. These vertical burrs ensure a minimum of retention and uniform grinding.
It is equipped with a spout to dispense the grounds with a metal tamper to remove coffee residues and a bag clamp for perfect bag holding.
The Mahlkönig Guatemala also offers an adjustable and removable height support, to position a container or bag under the spout, at your convenience.
A label above the grind setting indicates the different grind settings according to the desired extraction method for the ground coffee.
