A coffee bean from Kenya roasted in France by LaGrange
Vincent Ballot, Best Craftsman of France in roasting and first MOF in this field, offers you a new coffee from his collection.
The Kenya Safari Specialty Coffee is a coffee bean that combines the typical characteristics of East Africa. Indeed, coming straight from Mount Kenya, this specialty coffee perfectly retranscribes the floral and fruity side typical of coffees produced there.
At over 1500 m altitude, this Bourbon and Typica coffee bean was harvested and processed according to the washed method. It has thus obtained the AA grade, which guarantees the size and quality of the grain produced by the producer. Hence its rather fair note of 83/100 from the SCA.
In the cup : Capture the aromas of sun-dried tomatoes before letting yourself be carried away by the tasting, during which you will find fruity notes around red fruits and citrus fruits.
