This Earl Grey Yin Zhen is composed of a selection of fine teas from the Keemun region, enriched with white tips, flower petals and flavored with Calabrian bergamot. The ideal balance of this superior Earl Grey will satisfy the most demanding. You will appreciate the full-bodied notes of black tea combined with the fruity flavor of bergamot.
The preparation of black tea is done in water at 90°. For the Earl Grey Yin Zhen recipe, the infusion in water should last between 4 and 5 minutes. The infusion time will affect the development of bitterness during tasting.
