This Monbana Suprême chocolate powder allows you to make a delicious intense and creamy Italian-style hot chocolate! The thickness of your hot chocolate will satisfy 100% of your indulgence.
We have long wondered how our Italian friends make such sumptuous hot chocolates as thick as they are generous. The answer lies more in the chocolate powder used than in the method.
The premium chocolate powder Monbana Suprême is specially designed to achieve this indulgent result.
At home (the simplest recipe):
In hot milk, gradually pour the Monbana Suprême chocolate (for 1 volume of milk, you need 1/4 dose of chocolate powder) until you obtain a smooth and indulgent mixture.
In a professional setting (tea room):
Heat the milk for at least 15 minutes in a milk jug.
Gradually pour 250 g of powder for 1 liter of milk.
