Kottea CK610: A professional catering coffee machine
The Kottea CK610 is a demonstration of power and innovation. Able to deliver up to 120 drinks per day and up to 40 coffees per hour, it stands out as the perfect machine for hotels, restaurants, and large companies.
The metal brewing group of the Kottea CK610 guarantees excellent durability, even with commercial use. The brewer also features a pressure regulation system to enjoy exceptional quality espressos and filter coffees. The flat ceramic burrs ensure excellent grinding quality, year after year. It is also equipped with a ground coffee chute, ideal for occasional use of pre-ground decaffeinated coffee.
A wide choice of drinks
The bean-to-cup machine Kottea CK610 can prepare a very wide range of gourmet drinks. It will be perfect for delighting the taste buds of your customers, visitors, and employees. Espresso, Long Coffee, Cappuccino, Caffè Latte, Hot water for infusions… 18 recipes available at the touch of a button and customizable.
In just a few seconds, you get a coffee of remarkable quality. Everyone can customize their coffee: coffee quantity, cup length, etc. The Kottea CK610 also has a 9-level grind fineness adjustment.
You can freely customize your own drinks very easily thanks to the 7-inch large screen.
Diversity of options with the powder hopper and milk fridge
The Kottea CK610 has an additional 1.2 kg hopper for milk-based chocolate powder. Thus, you can offer milk-based drinks (Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato) and chocolate drinks. The milk refrigerator allows you to offer gourmet drinks made with fresh milk and keep the powder hopper available for milk-based chocolate powder.
The Kottea mini milk fridge allows you to store up to 3 pre-chilled 1L milk cartons and keep them at the right temperature. Simply slide the tube inside the carton. The milk is drawn in, and the drink is made effortlessly, with all the taste benefits of fresh and gourmet milk.
This fridge has the advantage of being silent and compact (LxWxH: 22 x 45.2 x 45.6 cm). The temperature is adjustable between 2° and 6° on the digital screen located on the side of the fridge, and you can choose to turn the internal light of the fridge on and off from this screen.
A bean-to-cup coffee machine also ideal for large offices
The Kottea CK610 was designed for self-service use.The large touchscreen is very intuitive.You can protect the coffee machine settingswith a password. The variouscontainers can also be locked with a key. As for maintenance, it is fully automated.
To ensure a long life for your machine, we recommend using the cleaning products designed for your professional coffee machine.
The Arfize descaler will give you great-tasting coffee unaffected by limescale and tartar, and your machine will be thoroughly cleaned. The detergent tablets will leave your brew group like new, and no coffee residue or oil will resist them. Finally, the milk-system cleaner lets you fully enjoy indulgent milk-based drinks.
Its large containers reduce the need for refills: 1.5 kg bean hopper, 1.2 kg powder hopper and 40-puck grounds bin. Moreover, the Kottea CK610 is alsoconnected to the water mainsgiving complete autonomy in that respect.
