Presentation of the producing country, Brazil:
Originally, it wasInacio Carlos Urban, who bought the farm in1976. Currently, it is thesecond generation that cultivates the land. In 2013, the farm obtained theDesignation of Origin (DO) "Cerrado Minerio". Asign of qualitythat certifies theauthenticity of the coffee, proving that it is indeedfrom the regionand hasqualities specific to its region of origin.
The farm covers3,300 hectares. 1,500 are dedicated to the production of14 different coffee varieties. Everything isfully mechanizedand the coffee is processed on site.The grains are dried on a patioand are cupped by the quality team.
The coffees are then processed for export toPatos de Minas, a warehouse located50 km away.
The coffee plants are grown inareas at altitudesof 1100 meters and are known for consistently producinghigh-quality coffees with a unique identity.
