This coffee was grown with respect for the environment as it comes fromorganic farming. Indeed, this blend is made up of several washed and natural coffees, coming from Colombia (50%), from Honduras (30%) and fromEthiopia (20%), produced between 1500 and 1900 m altitude.
In the cup, this translates into caramelized notes brought by the Colombian and Honduran beans and more complex due to the presence of Ethiopian coffee.
The whole gives birth to a balanced coffee revealing notes of white chocolate and caramel, counterbalanced by yellow fruit aromas.
To be consumed throughout the day as espresso or filter!

Founded in 2011 by enthusiasts, Mokxa remains a French company based in Strasbourg and Lyon but also shines in Europe through hospitality catering. The value chain is what concerns them and indeed, the selection and control from cherry to cup of all their coffees are ensured to guarantee quality coffee in the cup. Their roasting is based on freshness, which is why everything is roasted on demand. Finally seasonality drives their range, which means it varies throughout the year.
