Enjoying an Italian coffee that is also an organic whole-bean coffee is possible if you choose this organic whole-bean coffee 100 % arabica. This organic certification was made possible by the work of the men and women who cultivated this coffee. Grown in tropical zones, it has been processed in strict accordance with today’s environmental requirements.
Be sure you are drinking a coffee that is healthy for you and for the ecosystem, and not lacking in flavour. This coffee’s intensity is present even though it is recognised as balanced. A beautiful hazelnut-coloured crema appears when the espresso extraction with your machine is finished. It can be enjoyed at any time because it is low in caffeine. Coffee from organic farming.
Pellini, a quality whole-bean coffee brand
The roasting of Pellini coffeeis carried out extremely slowly and at very tightly controlled temperatures, depending on the type of bean being processed. These artisanal precautions fit perfectly into the Quality programmeset up by the company, which decided to obtain the desired results by respecting the raw material without resorting to any kind of forced measures.
The beanis roastedevenly, from the core to the outer shell, through a gradual heating process. The roastingis done with hot air, without the beanscoming into contact with any metal. A stream of air keeps the coffeefloating in suspension.
Cooling is also done by air. Afterwards the beansare left to rest in special silos for degassing. Through careful assessment, twenty qualified judges compare the tastes and aromas of the coffee.Using all the senses, they detect subtle flavour variations: from smell to visual appearance, the coffeeundergoes meticulous inspection and is only released for distribution once the judges have approved it.
