The whole bean coffee Premium is a blend composed of Central and South American Arabica as well as South Asian Robusta . It is a coffee with a full body and unique taste, offering a pronounced spicy dominance along with light floral and chocolate notes.
Caffè Mauro is above all an artisanal roasting process. The coffee beansare roasted slowly to avoid any burning and achieve an incomparable cup result.
The company was founded in 1949 by Demetrio Mauro in Southern Italy . Despite the difficult post-war times, he had the intuition and strong will to install near the port of Reggio Calabria a coffee roaster that had a capacity of 20kg.
In a short time, thanks to this determination and his conviction, the company became thriving until it became a symbol of passion for coffee.
With the help of his family, the company experienced rapid development and became one of the most advanced in the 1950s and 1960s. Since its creation, the company has set itself a goal: customer satisfaction .
