This Black Forest coffee is a specialty coffee, a blend of Brazilian and Ugandan arabicas. The Mundo Novo, Catuai, and Moka plantations abound with hand-picked coffee beans harvested between 1600 and 1800m altitude. Each bean is then roasted in France, in our workshops, by our roaster teams.
In the cup, the coffee presents beautiful expressive and bright notes of red fruit and chocolate. Black Forest offers a lovely lingering finish, a round body supported by jammy notes.
