The Oscar Mood by Nuova Simonelli was specially designed for those who love enjoying good coffee and milk drinks at home or at the office.
Behind its simple and modern lines, its stainless steel body and contemporary colors, lie high-end professional components, so everyone can enjoy a quality coffee experience. The Oscar Mood invites creativity and lets you explore new drinks, new blends, offering and discovering unique flavors every time.
The Oscar Mood integrates a heat exchanger and PID system to ensure thermal stability and consistent results. The temperature in the boiler is electronically controlled by a professional pressurestat, while the integrated by-pass regulates pressure. In addition, the machine is ready to use in 15 minutes !
The Oscar Mood is the big sister of the Oscar II, it benefits from new technologies and new components (PID, digital screen for settings, new micropore mesh grille, wooden portafilter handle, more stainless steel for the body, button to dispense steam...).
Nuova Simonelli is a brand recognized worldwide for its professional coffee machines.

A brass extraction group of 58 mm diameter, like on professional espresso machines.
Digital control panel to adjust and program the machine.
A 2-liter boiler with PID: electronic control of the steam boiler pressure that allows reaching the desired temperature.
A dual-spout portafilter in brass with a wooden handle and ergonomic design for better grip.
A powerful steam wand Cool Touch in stainless steel to avoid burns and work on your Latte Art safely. Steam is activated by pressing a button (no longer a lever like on the Oscar II).
This model has no water tank and must be connected to the water line.
A bypass (OPV), for better in-cup results.
The drip tray has a good one-liter capacity and a new micro-mesh metal screen (micropore mesh).

This Oscar Mood espresso machine is equipped with a digital panel and backlit buttons to dispense your coffee and manage various aspects for results to your taste:
- Program the cup volume (for one or two shots).
- Manage the service boiler pressure.
- Adjust the pre-infusion from 0 to 3 seconds by programming a solenoid valve delay.
- A timer that indicates the extraction time.
- The ability to program the daily start and stop time of the machine.
- Set the idle time before standby mode.
- Guide maintenance.
- The steam production is electronically guided by pressing the dedicated button, to start or stop the action.

The manual Oscar Mood espresso machine comes with a 2-spout brass portafilter with wooden handle, Single 1-cup filter, Single 2-cup filter, Blind filter, tamper and ABS dosing spoon, two doses of Puly Caff for deep cleaning, water network connection kit
The Oscar Mood was designed with maximum accessibility for quick and easy cleaning.
This machine is designed with a decompression pathway (solenoid valve) that evacuates excess water from the puck at the end of extraction and removes residual pressure. This decompression pathway allows for deep maintenance of your machine (called the Backflush).
