The Barista whole-bean coffee aims to be a powerful specialty coffee with plenty of body. Lovers of this style will see it as a chance to expand their collection of favorite coffees!
This specialty coffee is a blend made of 80 % arabica and 20 % robusta. A robusta grown at high altitude in Rwanda under the conditions required for specialty coffee.
This coffee is recommended for espresso only. When you taste it, you’ll enjoy its bold yet balanced character. The boldness is felt both on the palate (chewiness, pastry-like body) and sensorially. The lingering finish reveals a balance brought by indulgent cocoa notes.

The French brand classifies its whole-bean coffees into three grades: 80/85+/88+, following the Specialty Coffee Association of America guidelines.

This score results from multiple cuppings, during which specific coffee attributes (aroma, flavor, aftertaste, acidity, etc.) are assessed.
