Green tea citrus - TERRA ETICA
A vegetal and tangy green tea
Embark on a journey to the Saint James valley in Sri Lanka with Terra Etica's green tea citrus. This tea with vegetal notes is enhanced by the acidity of citrus extracts. During harvesting, only the first two leaves and the bud are selected to ensure a quality cup. You will find lemon and orange peel in this green tea that will bring freshness. This tea can be consumed hot or cold to be an excellent base for iced tea.
For the preparation of green tea, it is important to respect the temperature and infusion time. The Green Tea Citrus recipe must be infused in water at 80° Celsius for 3 minutes. An infusion in hotter water will burn the tea leaves and an infusion that is too long will develop astringency which will spoil the citrus aromas that were meant to be highlighted.
