A fruity rooibos
Discover the rooibos Earl Grey recipe from Terra Etica. This beverage contains hand-picked rooibos branches and stems, selecting the finest parts. Once harvested, the branches are dried and then flavored with orange and bergamot to capture the notes of an Earl Grey. The difference from a classic Earl Grey is that instead of black tea, Terra Etica's recipe is based on rooibos, which first brings a coppery color and round, honeyed notes.
The advantage of rooibos is that it contains no caffeine, allowing it to be enjoyed at any time of day and introduced to children. Every step of its preparation is just as important. For one sachet, you can infuse 20 cl of water, heat water to 90° Celsius, and steep your tea sachet for 4 to 5 minutes.
