An espresso machine for ground coffee and Nespresso® compatible capsules
The espresso machine Solac Taste Slim ProCap CE4523 is ideal for beginners.
Its pressurized system Double Cream built into the portafilter allows you to use pre-ground coffee or freshly ground beans with an entry-level coffee grinder.
In addition, the Taste Slim ProCap includes a special adapter that allows you to use Nespresso® compatible capsules
This espresso machine is equipped with a thermoblock heating system, to get a good espresso very quickly.
Very convenient, the drip tray can be removed to accommodate taller cups.
The Solac Taste Slim ProCap CE4523 coffee machine is designed with a brushed stainless steel body.
Its use is simple, with only 3 buttons on top of the machine and a dial for the steam wand or hot water.

The Solac Taste Slim ProCap is equipped with a steam wand made of stainless steel to heat your milk and turn it into a creamy foam for your indulgent milk-based drinks.
You can also use the steam wand to dispense hot water (to lengthen a coffee or make tea).
This Solac Taste Slim ProCap espresso machine has a 1 L tank.
The pre-infusion is automatic, to ensure optimal extraction. In addition, this coffee machine is programmable : you can set the desired extraction time and save the cup quantity (between 20 seconds and 75 seconds, i.e. 25 ml - 160 ml)
The temperature can be adjusted with 3 possible levels: low, medium or high, as well as the water hardness used. Be sure to follow the instructions in the user manual for all settings.
On the pressure gauge on the front, the "Optimal Pressure" zone will indicate the pump pressure to reach for a perfect extraction.
The Solac Taste Slim ProCap goes into automatic shut-off mode (stand-by) after 30 minutes of inactivity.

This Solac Taste Slim ProCap espresso machine with percolator comes with 1 stainless steel portafilter, 1 pressurized filter for 1 cup, 1 pressurized filter for 2 cups, an adapter for Nespresso®-compatible capsules, a measuring spoon with a tamper attachment.
Let us recall that a so-called "pressurized" filter allows for a more interesting result in the cup without necessarily needing a coffee grinder. Find more information on the use of pressurized filters on our blog Simple filters or pressurized filters!
To ensure a long life for your Solac coffee machine, don't forget the maintenance products!

Personally, I'm not a fan of capsules. The idea of switching to an espresso machine is generally also for environmental reasons, but I understand the usefulness for emergencies or to offer more choice to guests.
