Properly maintaining your bean-to-cup coffee machine is essential to preserve the quality of your beverages and ensure the longevity of the equipment. With this pack of 2 filter cartridges, enjoy a reliable, simple and more economical maintenance solution, ideal for regular use.
Specially designed to be 100% compatible with DeLonghi machines (Dinamica, Magnifica, Eletta, Primadonna, Rivelia, Dedica EC685, EC695 and EC885), these cartridges are also suitable for Smeg machines using the same format. Their installation is quick and requires no tools, for hassle-free daily maintenance.
The filtering agents, composed of activated carbon from coconut and food-grade resin, effectively act against chlorine and limescale. Result: purer water, better revealed aromas and more balanced beverages in your cup, while protecting your machine's internal components. The dosage has been specifically designed for the French water supply, often rich in limescale.
How to install the filter cartridge?
A filter cartridge is important for protecting your machine, however, it must be installed correctly. If the water flow is low, the cartridge installation must be modified. During installation, it is important to remove all air bubbles from the cartridge.
For the replacement frequency, this will depend on your water hardness and the amount of beverages made. We recommend changing the cartridge every 2 to 3 months.
Each cartridge can filter up to 150 litres of water, approximately 400 beverages. In a pack of 2, you benefit from extended autonomy covering several months of use, while saving money compared to buying individually.
