Todosantarita whole-bean coffee, the best of specialty coffee
Tanat, the French roaster, transports you to Guatemala thanks to its specialty coffee Todosantarita!
To achieve such a whole-bean coffee, Tanat chose beans from the Todosantarita cooperative, ideally located in the Huehuetenango region, western Guatemala. The farm enjoys advantageous climatic conditions: a temperate climate, a privileged location amidst the Sierra de los Cuchumatanes mountains, an altitude of over 1600 m. The varieties making up this coffee are Pache, Caturra and Typica. They have all been processed using the washed method.

This specialty coffee with a full body reveals indulgent notes of dark chocolate as well as fruity apple notes, developing a light acidity. You can brew this coffee as filter or espresso!
