A Baratza grinder for espresso and filter
After the success of the Encore model, Baratza designed the Encore ESP coffee grinder, better suited for espresso grinding.
The40 mm conical steel burrs of M2 typeare manufactured in Europe. They allow for uniform grinding.
The dual adjustment mechanism is innovative. It offers micro-steps from 1 to 20 for grinding coffee with great precision (perfect for espresso) and macro-steps from 21 to 40 for coarser extraction methods, like filter coffee.
The new internal metal components offer excellent consistency and durable operation.
The Baratza Encore ESP grinder is equipped with aunique speed control, which controls the burr rotation at 550 rpm. This slow speed helps reduce heat (to avoid burning the coffee), noise, and static electricity generation.

Each Baratza Encore ESP grinder is precisely calibrated at the factory, so that each grinder is consistent and performs well.
This Baratza Encore ESP grinder offers2 different operating methods: the On/Off button and the pulse button.
With theOn/Off button, simply set the button to the chosen function to start or stop grinding.
The"pulse" buttonis located on the front: the Encore ESP grinder will run as long as you press the button and will stop grinding when you release the button.
The Baratza Encore ESP allows grinding into the54 mm anti-static dosing cupincluded (and a 58 mm adapter), to cleanly transfer the ground coffee into your espresso machine's portafilter.
A small tray is provided to achieve the ideal distance between the cup and the dispensing spout, to reduce waste.

The Baratza Encore ESP grinder also comes with a 300 g bean hopper, a 120 g ground coffee container, and a cleaning brush.
Maintenanceis very simple: the burrs can be removed easily, without needing any special tools.
