The Faema E71E is equipped with new elongated steam wands, an interface on OLED screen and adjustable pressure.
This traditional espresso machine is intended for those who want to offer quality coffee to their customers, without giving up the manual gestures of the barista.
The Faema E71E offers simple and immediate use.
The two independent coffee groups allow you to manage different types of coffee, while maintaining the ideal temperature for an optimal cup result.
This machine is equipped with a thermal system with independent boilers : the water for the coffee is directed to the boilers, where it is brought to the desired extraction temperature. The Faema GTi thermal system also allows you to control the infusion phase.
The handles of the portafilters have been redesigned to offer maximum comfort.
- The Smart Boiler system allows you to manage the accumulation of energy stored in the boiler: benefit from constant boiler pressure and maximum steam production even under intensive use conditions.
- Main boiler capacity: 7 L.
- Capacity of the two independent coffee boilers : 0.6 L each.
- The Energy Saving mode which allows you to lower the boiler pressure when the machine is not used for an extended period. This technology offers significant energy savings.
- 2 improved steam nozzles : elongated wands so you can also use larger milk pitchers. The Cold Touch technology prevents burns and simplifies cleaning after use.
- Separate hot water outlet.
- The touch screen has a quick access menu to the most used settings in the machine.
- This screen allows you to program the automatic shutdown and startup of the machine at fixed times, to program each coffee group (water dose, pre-infusion time, saturation phase duration), cup warmer heating level, machine wash cycles etc.
