The Coffee Pearl house has brought together two Arabicas from organic farming. This 100% arabica coffee comes from the "Entre Sierra" association in Colombia and the Yungas region in Bolivia.
The coffees that make up the Crema Bio recipe grow under shade which protects the coffee trees from excessive heat. After harvest, the coffees are washed, this operation consists of removing the pulp from the cherry, then dried in the sun. Subsequently, the coffee is exported to Switzerland to be roasted by the Coffee Pearl teams.
Roasting allows the aromas of the coffee to be revealed and allows you to discover this terroir rich in flavor. During extraction, you will appreciate a beautiful caramel-colored and persistent crema. You will discover fruity aromatic notes, reminiscent of grapefruit peel or blackcurrant. Gourmand notes like dark chocolate come in a second time.
