PELLINI Espresso Supérieur N°42 ground coffee.
Voted "Flavor of the Year " in 2015, this coffee is full-bodied as we like it and aromatic; this coffee is very popular on the market.
It is a blend of Arabica and Robusta that allows the creation of an intense and strong blend, the strongest in the PELLINI range.
Pellini, a quality whole-bean coffee brand
The roasting of Pellini coffee is carried out extremely slowly and at very controlled temperatures depending on the type of bean processed. These artisanal care steps fit coherently into the Quality Project set up by the company, which decided to achieve the desired results by respecting the raw material without resorting to any forced actions of any kind.
The bean is roasted uniformly, from the core to the outer shell, through a gradual heating process. The roasting is done with hot air, without the beans coming into contact with any metal. A stream of air causes the coffee to tumble while remaining suspended.
Cooling is also done by air. After that, the beans go to rest in special silos for decanting. Through careful examination, twenty qualified judges compare the tastes and aromas of the coffee. Using all the senses, it is possible to recognize subtle variations in taste: from smell to visual appearance, the coffee is subjected to meticulous control, and only with the judges’ approval will it be ready for distribution.
Pellini
Pellini is a brand of coffee recognized originating from Verona (Italy). Marco Pellini, emblematic boss of the roasting, does not bet on quantities but on the quality and excellence of the coffee.
The Pellini coffees have just received a double consecration: double Gold Medal in the categories "Espresso" and "Moka" during the first edition of the International Coffee Tasting.
