Theroastingof thePellini coffeeis done extremely slowly and at very controlled temperatures depending on the type of grain treated. These artisanal cares are consistently part of theQuality projectimplemented by the company, which has decided to obtain the desired results by respecting the raw material without having to resort to forced actions of any kind.
Thegrainisroasteduniformly, from the central core to the outer coating, through a progressive heating process.
