An elegant and innovative Rocket espresso grinder
This Giannino espresso grinder is the ideal companion for your Rocket Espresso coffee machine.
This model is very elegant with its blend of black stainless steel, genuine wood and chrome stainless steel.
Its flat steel burrs of 55 mm diameter have a new patented design, with a reduced mechanism for more uniform ground coffee.
Rocket Espresso has managed to mount the burrs of this grinder by getting rid of the three screws (usually used on this type of grinder).
The result: better grind homogeneity.
The Giannino espresso grinder sits between the Faustino and the Fausto. Its very simple interface with a digital touchscreen to adjust your coffee doses very intuitively.
An intuitive touchscreen and beautiful finishes
The digital touchscreen is very easy to use. It allows:
- To choose between three coffee doses : single, double or triple.
- To increase or decrease the dispensing time
- To dispense ground coffee in continuous mode (manual mode), if you prefer.
The grinder will keep the last mode configured before shutdown.
The Giannino is a quality espresso grinder, with a stainless steel body, a beautiful aluminum adjustment knob and a adjustable steel fork for your portafilter.
The adjustment is micrometric, ideal for achieving the precision needed with a semi-pro manual espresso machine.
The hopper can hold up to 320 g of coffee beans.

Expert opinion
This Giannino grinder is the perfect in-between between the Faustino and Fausto from Rocket Espresso. Like the other models, the touchscreen interface is easy to use, very intuitive.
The triple dose is interesting when you change coffee, to flush the grinder and adjust settings. It can also be used for very deep bottomless filters.
