The Rocket R Cinquantotto features a large 2.5 L water reservoir, but it is also plumbable to the water line for greater ease of use, thanks to its rotary pump of professional quality.
This beautiful all-stainless machine offers all the power you expect from a quality espresso machine made in Italy.
Its brass E61 group with a professional 58 mm diameter places it in the semi-professional espresso machine category, as it will need to be paired with a suitable espresso grinder to achieve good results in the cup.
E61 group, double boiler, powerful steam wand
The Rocket Espresso R Cinquantotto is a double boiler machine, which allows it to have flawless thermal stability during extractions and enjoy powerful on-demand steam.
The coffee boiler has a capacity of 580 ml, the service boiler (steam) has a capacity of 1800 ml and provides access to powerful steam through the Cool Touch wand.
To guarantee consistently successful extractions, it is designed with the famous E61 group, the most stable and renowned on the market.
All brass, this group ensures optimal group heating through water circulation and mechanical pre-infusion to reveal all the aromas of your coffee.
The machine also features a pressure gauge on the front panel to keep an eye on the espresso during extraction, as well as a gauge indicating the boiler pressure.
The digital timer on the front panel shows the extraction time for even greater precision.
The Rocket Espresso Communication POD module
In addition to this precise mechanics, the electronic management of the machine is handled by the Rocket Espresso Communication POD, a detachable module to regulate the temperature and prevent thermal runaway. Moreover, this module allows control of the boiler temperature. Numerous sensors ensure unprecedented thermal stability!
The exclusive Rocket Espresso Communication POD module also enables automatic power on and off of the machine so it is always ready when you need it.
