A semi-automatic espresso machine with built-in grinder
The Sage The Oracle espresso machine is considered a semi-automatic coffee machine. This means that, apart from step-by-step portafilter handling, the machine takes care of everything.
The built-in grinder with conical stainless steel burrs is easily adjustable. The hopper can hold up to 280 g of whole bean coffee.
The automatic trigger dispenses the desired amount of grind when the portafilter is in place.
Once grinding is done, a lever on the side of the machine allows you to tamp perfectly.
The coffee side is also well equipped in terms of settings. You can take control of the temperature as well as the infusion time of your coffee.
The machine will perform your extraction exactly as you programmed it, all you have to do is enjoy.
A SAGE espresso machine with many strengths
The Sage The Oracle is equipped with an LCD digital screen that lets you easily choose the machine settings to make the drink you want to prepare.
With a dual boiler system in stainless steel and a heated extraction group, controlled by PID, the water is at the right temperature and precision is guaranteed for a perfect espresso.
This Sage coffee machine ensures success in your espresso, especially with 58 mm single filters like the professionals.
Moreover, The Oracle has a built-in tamper that lets you tamp with consistent force and perfectly straight. And we know that details are important for a successful espresso.
A simple drink to make, and also as good as at the bar.
A high-performance Sage espresso machine
With simple buttons on the front, choose between a single shot, double shot or manual control of the amount of espresso in the cup.
For early risers, Sage also included a special "Americano" button that dispenses a double espresso into a cup, then hot water thanks to a dedicated small tap.
Thanks to the PID that manages temperature and the OPV that ensures constant pressure, drink preparation is always perfect.
Benefiting from a dual boiler and a thermoblock in the group, heating is both fast and reliable and the thermal stability is ensured!
In addition, a automatic pre-infusion at low pressure is provided to extract all the aromas of your coffee.
Sage The Oracle: an automatic milk foam
For lovers of milk-based drinks, Sage has equipped this The Oracle machine with its famous automatic milk foam system.
Thanks to the supplied stainless steel milk jug, you don't need to buy any additional equipment.
Operating the machine is simple, just adjust the texture of foam you want for your drink (or let the pre-programmed settings do it), then place the jug.
A probe is on the drip tray, which allows the machine to control the exact temperature to give you perfect milk foam with the texture you expect.
You can adjust the temperature and the foam texture you want, then all that's left is to create beautiful latte art in your cup.
SAGE The Oracle Black Truffle: accessories and maintenance
Accessories: Stainless steel milk jug, portafilter, single cup filter, double cup filter, filter cartridge with holder, cleaning brush, cleaning disc, small knock box for disposing coffee pucks, maintenance tool for coffee grinder and steam wand, Allen key, cleaning powder and tablets, water hardness test strip.
Maintenance: To extend the life of your Sage espresso machine and for better results in the cup, it is recommended to use a filter cartridge (or already filtered water).

The Sage Oracle is a bit like the little sister of the Sage Oracle Touch.
By taking the great qualities of the Touch, it remains nevertheless more accessible.
The notable differences lie in the programming options.
Where the Oracle Touch offers pre-recorded drinks, 8 customizable profiles and a touchscreen, the Oracle offers two programmable doses!
It's more than sufficient when you see the precision in the repetition of making these drinks, the espresso is consistently of quality. The brand's know-how is felt right down to the cup.
I found no variation in temperature, extraction quality or even tamping.
The Sage Oracle is truly the perfect compromise for people who want a functional and high-quality machine, yet simple to use.
Once again, I must admit that the automatic milk-foam system is a real success. The quality of the foam, its texture, and the temperature—everything is there to deliver milk foam worthy of seasoned baristas, without even holding the jug!
