The Eureka Baby model is the first manual coffee grinder from the Italian brand, which has used all its know-how and technologies for this product.
The Eureka Baby is comfortable and easy to handle, with a slim body and a flared glass container.
The materials are of high quality: this version has a body made of anodized aluminum, a sturdy transparent glass container and a crank handle made of anodized aluminum. This grinder is made in Italy.
The performance of this Eureka Baby grinder is excellent for all types of grinding, thanks to its large and robust burrs.
Why choose the Eureka Baby manual coffee grinder?
The Eureka Baby is equipped with 48 mm conical burrs, a large and uncommon diameter in a manual grinder.
The specific design Espresso & Brew offers a homogeneous result for all types of extraction methods.
These stainless steel burrs benefit from the special "Gold Energy" treatment developed by Eureka and ITALMILL, to increase their longevity (about 50% more compared to untreated steel, according to Eureka) and ensure consistent grinding over time.
The grind adjustment is micrometric with multiple steps. It is positioned above the grinder for better ease of use.
The instructions are clearly indicated on the lid to help you choose the right setting.
Simply turn the crank clockwise to grind your coffee beans.
The flared shape of the glass container allows for a good grip and therefore better stability.
The length and shape of the crank handle are designed to minimize grinding effort.

The glass ground coffee container can hold up to 40 g of ground coffee.
Its innovative design allows you to transfer your coffee beans directly into the hopper without losing any coffee along the way.

The Eureka Baby manual coffee grinder has a retention of > 0.1 g : minimal coffee loss.
It can be disassembled for travel or vacations.
