This professional coffee machine perfectly combinesquality andsimplicity. With its quick setup and output of 30 coffees per day, it is ideal for offices of about ten people.
This machine lets you offer8 different caffeinated beverages in your premises: ristretto, double ristretto, espresso, double espresso, café crème, double café crème, americano and hot water.
As is, the machine does not serve milk-based drinks; however, you can choose to add the Spreso milk fridge to complete it and offereven more indulgent drinks: café latte, cappuccino, black cappuccino, latte macchiato, espresso macchiato and hot milk. By adding themilk unit option, all drinks will be activated on your machine and the milk-system maintenance alerts as well.
As you can see, amultitude of recipes and options are open to you with this machine.
The best thing about this machine is that it offers3 different coffee profiles to match your tastes and desires as closely as possible. The drink-profile choice is configured when the machine is installed. All three offer the same beverages but with differentwater volumes andcoffee strengths.
The SPRESO coffee machine has a 2.2L water tank; however, you can connect it to the local water line. To do so you must link the pump to the machine and to a water supply.
As asmart machine, you will be notified whenever maintenance action is required.
For this, during installation you will need to indicatethe hardness of your watersupply. You can use awater-hardness test stripthat you can find here.
This crucial step will automatically trigger all descaling cycles.
Daily cleaning:
- Remove the grounds tray and drip tray and wash them with hot water in which detergent tablets have been dissolved.
- Run the milk-system cleaning if you are equipped with the Spreso milk fridge
Weekly cleaning:
- Wash the beverage-outlet parts with hot water and detergent tablets
- Rinse the brew group with hot water
- Wipe the machine body with a damp cloth then dry it
