The water-drip system lets coffeerelease its most important aromas drop by drop. A small lever lets you adjust the water flow to tailor the brew to your taste and the coffee used. café . This brewer prepares up to 10 cups of so-called cold-brew coffee in 3–7 hours.
This classic brewing method brings out the flavor and aroma of coffeewhile reducing the bitter oils and acids that would be extracted at higher temperatures.
The Tiamo drip brewerfromEspresso Gearis fitted with a precision metal valvethat ensures perfect drop-by-drop percolation.
The coffeeflows through a stainless-steel filter into the glasscarafe, yielding a coffeethat is pure and rich in flavor.
For best results we recommend a ratio of coffee60 g per liter of water.
