Set off on a flavor journey with your St Remio St Anne Marie whole-bean coffee! Crafted from two species of coffee beans from Vietnam and Brazil—arabica and robusta, this dark-roasted blend is exceptionally rich in aroma and surprisingly original !
This 1 kg bag of whole-bean coffee is also Rainforest Alliance certified, guaranteeing traceability and transparency for a more sustainable supply chain.
In the cup:
To pull your espresso, use 21 g of freshly ground coffee in the portafilter basket and aim for an extraction time of 27–29 seconds.
This is the essential condition for achieving a properly extracted espresso, as appealing to the eye—with a beautiful camel color and a persistent crema—as it is to the palate, offering indulgent and spicy dominant notes. Comforting hints of dark chocolate, hazelnuts and spices run throughout the tasting of this premium coffee.

Ingredients
- Your St Remio whole-bean coffee
- 3.5 cl milk (dairy or plant-based)
Preparation
- Step 1First, prepare your espresso in a suitable cup. Add coffee beans to your grinder and start the extraction. Set aside.
- Step 2Next, steam your milk with the steam wand. It’s ready when it’s smooth, thick and homogeneous.
- Step 3Pour the milk foam over your coffee in circular motions. Enjoy!
