Beansarabica and robusta from Asia and South Americawere selected to create this whole bean coffee. They were then processed by the brand and roasted until adark roast was achieved.a rather full-bodied and powerful cup, characterized by itsaromatic richness with earthy flavors.

In the cup:
To extract your espresso, use 21 g of freshly ground coffee in the portafilter basket and an extraction time between 27 and 29 seconds.

- 22.5 cl of milk (whole or plant-based)
Preparation
- Step 1Start extracting your espresso using your espresso machine with grinder or manual espresso machine.
- Step 2Prepare your milk foam; it should be perfectly smooth, thick, and uniform.
-Step 3Pour your foam over your espresso previously poured into a serving glass.
