Take care of your coffee machine with Puly Caff
As a professional, cleaning your coffee machine is a necessary step that should not be overlooked. Many oil and grease residues stagnate in your machine and alter the taste of the coffee. This is what this Puly Caff powder is for. It is used by professionals for daily cleaning. For cleaning your espresso machine, here are the steps to follow:
- Put one teaspoon (3 to 5 grams) of Puly CAFF in the blind filter (also called a filter without a hole or a blank filter)
- Run water as if making coffee; wait 15 seconds
- Release, rinse and repeat the operation without the powder several times (5 to 6 times)
- Finally, brew an espresso with your 'normal filter' and discard.
Then, for the periodic cleaning of cups and portafilters:
- Prepare a solution of very hot water and Puly CAFF (10 grams or 3 teaspoons) per liter of water
- Soak the parts for at least one hour (possibly overnight)
- Then rinse thoroughly
- Puly Caff is strongly not recommended for machines with aluminum filter and portafilter.
By following these steps, your coffee will maintain its quality, and your customers will be delighted.
Use for professional espresso machines and espresso machines of the type:Oscar by Nuova Simonelli, Silvia by Rancilio, Lelit (except PL 51), certain La Pavoni (PCL) and generally all machines marked 'Back Flushable'. Puly Caff is strongly not recommended for machines with aluminum filter and portafilter.
