With this preparation, Valrhona highlightsAfrican cocoas and more particularly from Ghana. This chocolate benefits from a very recognizable flavor with its light vanilla and spicy notes. TheNyangbo 68% chocolate pairs wonderfully with many fruits such as banana, pear or pineapple. You can also use it as a topping to decorate mousses or verrines. And finally, you can enjoy it in hot drinks by slowly melting it in hot milk.
Ingredients: Ghana cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract. Milk (Made in a facility that uses milk).Possible presence of:gluten, nuts, egg, soy.
