This specialty coffee is a single-origin whole bean coffee, straight from Honduras, more precisely from Célaque, the highest peak in the country, on and around which Las Capucas is located. Meaning "water box" in the local Lencas language, Célaque is the starting point of many streams and rivers.
By falling for this organic whole bean coffee, expect to savor a consistent espresso, low in acidity, marked by indulgent and regressive notes of caramel and chocolate. Its dark roast is suited for espresso.
