Ethiopia Gera Forest Honey is a whole-bean coffee with many qualities, starting with its provenance. Jimma, this region famed as the cradle of coffee, is where this coffee begins. Grown by Mohammed Ali in the heart of his own farm called Mana Mufti, this whole-bean coffee is the fruit of a noble terroir, of healthy, sustainable agroforestry farming.
In the cup, this translates into a whole-bean coffee that awakens all our senses, both olfactory with fruity aromas, and gustatory. Indeed, brewing this coffee as filter yields notes of yellow fruit such as mirabelle plum or apricot.
