The quietest professional coffee grinder on the market
This Atom Excellence 75 from Eureka was designed for baristas who want to serve a relatively large quantity of coffee per day. The grinder dispenses on time, you will need to have a scale to adjust your grinding times to get the desired quantity and thus obtain the ideal amount of ground coffee for each dose. The powerful 75 mm hardened steel burrs have a micrometric adjustment which ensures continuous and consistent grinding. This grinder also has a hopper with a nice 1.2 kg capacity.
The plus, you can lock your settings using a password that will block access to the grinding settings. Thanks to its ergonomic and adjustable fork, the dispensing will be automatic once you place your portafilter. The grinder stops when the indicated grinding time is finished.
In addition to being easy to use, this grinder can grind coffee quickly (4.8 gr/sec and up to 1 kg/h during rush periods), without emitting noise pollution. Indeed, it has silent technology, which allows it to grind without polluting your work area.
