This specialty coffee comes from the Brazilian farms of Fazenda Matilda and Fazenda Primavera. Nestled at an ideal altitude of 1100 meters, these whole bean coffee plantations enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and are surrounded by lush vegetation. The cherries, carefully hand-picked, undergo a natural and semi-washed treatment.
The name Noble Volcano was not chosen at random; it refers to the oldest volcano in the country, located in the Uatuma region, whose intense activity favored the formation of precious minerals.
