In the cup, Avanguardia IX unveils a refined aromatic palette, perfectly balanced and delicate.
This 100% Ethiopian coffee develops fruity and floral notes, typical of high-altitude grand crus, with beautiful persistence and bright acidity. The texture is silky, the attack elegant, and the finish reveals rare depth. Notes to be found throughout the experience are those of red apple, white flowers, almond and cherry.
Ideal as espresso, filter or moka pot, it will seduce the most demanding palates seeking a pure, memorable and vibrant tasting moment.
Avanguardia IX draws its richness from an exceptional origin: eastern Sidama region, in Ethiopia, at 2360 meters altitude and by producer Aabriham Kifle Gange.
This micro-lot is composed of 100% Heirloom varieties, grown using traditional methods and processed naturally.
Ranked among the best coffees of the prestigious Ethiopian Cup of Excellence, it embodies the essence of the terroir and the purity of a legendary origin. Each bean is the fruit of meticulous work, ensuring exemplary traceability and an inimitable aromatic profile.
