A coffee grinder perfect for getting started with espresso
This Eureka Mignon Manuale electric coffee grinder is very simple to use. It dispenses ground coffee on demand thanks to the button that activates the motor bypressing the portafilter.
So you can control the amount of ground coffee you want while enjoying considerable ease of use. Moreover, itsproductivity of 0.9 to 1.5 grams per second(Espresso), allows this Eureka grinder to grind in very little time.
Eureka has also paid particular attention to theprecision of the ground coffee dispensing.
All the ground coffee is dispensed into the portafilter, as the dispensing spout is long enough to guide the grounds into the filter.
Added to all this, theACE systemdeveloped by Eureka prevents the presence of clumps in the ground coffee.
This model is now equipped with anew fixed forkthat will allow you to grind into the portafilter hands-free.
With the design of this Eureka Mignon Manuale grinder, you can remove the burrs by taking out only nine screws, forquick cleaningand time savings when you want to replace the burrs.
Micrometric adjustment and other advantages of the Mignon Manuale grinder
On the Mignon Manuale model in the Evolution range, the grind adjustment dial is easy to handle thanks to itsnumbered markersand a small notch on the front that will help you better see which setting you're on.
The precision of thismicrometric adjustmentis ensured by50 mm flat steel burrsto ensure a homogeneous grind.
The grind setting is also stable thanks to Eureka technology, which maintains a precise setting through the alignment of the burrs and motor block with every turn of the dial. The motor raises and lowers with the adjustment, ensuringflawless precision.
The Eureka Mignon Manuale coffee grinder is now equipped with asmall smoked hopper for 150 gof coffee beans. This more compact hopper better preserves the coffee and protects it from light.
