The latest P.A.G.2 grinder delivers optimal grinding quality. Extraction is performed on perfectly uniform grind to reveal the coffee's aromas.

A good coffee starts with a good bean! For that, you'll find all our bulk coffee beans on our site to make the selection that suits you best. However, that's not the only parameter to consider.
For example, its Aroma P.A.G.2 grinderoffers technology that achieves optimal grinding fineness, guaranteeing an explosion of flavors and aromas. It then moves into resting position, after preparation, to ensure its longevity.
To give you the best coffee experience, the W8 relies on other well-known JURA technologies:
- The Pulsed Extraction Process (P.E.P) : To obtain an intense espresso, this step acts during pre-infusion and reveals the coffee aromas.
- The One Touch Lungo : For a milder result
- The fine foam technology : For a nicely creamy milk drink

How does the milk system work?
The JURA W8 machine is equipped with a dedicated milk system, specially designed to produce a fine and velvety foam. To use it, simply connect the milk tube to the combined outlet, then immerse it in a suitable container or in a cooler such as the JURA Cool Control.
Cold milk (ideally kept between 4 and 8 °C) is automatically drawn by the machine, heated, then turned into foam before being combined with the coffee extraction. Each recipe is precisely calibrated: the amount of milk, foam and coffee varies depending on the chosen beverage – cappuccino, latte macchiato, flat white, cortado or café au lait.
An automatic machine: easy to maintain
Maintenance of your machine must not be neglected! It is crucial to ensure its proper operation and durability.
The W8 offers a feature that automatically cleans your milk system. To prevent bacterial growth, it is important to maintain the milk section daily after use. The machine provides a maintenance program.
This feature is a considerable asset and provides cleaning autonomy, one less task in your daily schedule!
The JURA W8 bean-to-cup coffee machine is compatible with the Claris Pro Smart+ cartridge, whose use is essential to purify the water and remove impurities. The cartridge must be changed every 2 months, depending on your water hardness. A maintenance program indicates when it needs to be replaced.
Also note the importance of performing regular descaling. Limescale, in addition to clogging your machine's internal circuit, will also affect the quality of your coffee!
