And what if we talked about something other than coffee? Laurent Baysse is a roaster, but above all known for his result in the 2021 Best Roaster of France competition held during the Paris Coffee Show, where he finished first.

Paris Coffee was launched by a renowned roaster who wanted to offer coffee lovers unique creations, custom-roasted to reveal all the richness of pure origins. In addition to celebrating coffee diversity, the brand highlights French know-how in roasting. The founder, crowned Best Roaster of France, Best Craftsman of France and 5th Best Roaster in the World, is a true ambassador of French excellence.
- A triumphant blend
For World No. 5, Paris Coffee favored three origins: Ecuador, Honduras, Kenya that made him the fifth best roaster in the world. The first origin is produced by Arnaud Causse (natural coffee), a coffee lover and enthusiast who offers specialty coffee grown at altitude within a wooded environment. Honduras is a coffee from sustainable farming, washed process, bringing body and unique flavors. Finally, the last origin is prepared by Boyce Harris and marked by a beautiful acidity and a singular complexity.
