Laurent Baysse is a recognized roaster, notably for his victory at the Best Roaster of France 2021 competition at the Paris Coffee Show, where he took first place.

Paris Coffee was founded by a passionate roaster, driven by the desire to share unique experiences with specialty coffee enthusiasts. Each single origin coffee is meticulously roasted to preserve all its richness and authenticity.
This initiative also aims to promote French roasting expertise, carried by an exceptional journey: consecration as Best Roaster of France, the title of Best Craftsman of France and a brilliant 5th place in the world roaster ranking.
- A single origin coffee from the Sidama terroir
It is a sublime coffee originating from an emblematic region in Ethiopia, Sidama, and grown at an altitude of 1950 meters in the village of Bombe. The Wax General Trading washing station establishes the reputation of the Sidama appellation by offering exceptional coffees.
All coffees are produced in respect of local traditions, in harmony with the forest environment. This approach allows producers to diversify their income through polyculture, ensuring a sustainable life based on harvest.
