It immerses the beans in water at varying temperatures and pressures to gently extract caffeine.

Iced coffee recipe with Sogno decaffeinated whole-bean
Make a simple recipe with an equally simple coffee. A few ingredients and minutes let you vary how you drink your coffee while discovering what frappé coffee !
Ingredients and equipment list:
- Sogno whole-bean coffee to pull two espressos
- About ten ice cubes
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- 1 whole-bean espresso machine
- 1 blender or shaker
- 1 cup
- 1 large glass or 1 mug
Preparation of your recipe:
Step 1.Put coffee beans in your espresso grinder.
Step 2.If you have a classic automatic coffee machine, simply prepare 2 espressos. Otherwise, use the Double espresso button or the Doppio function to get your caffeinated drink more quickly.
Step 3.Pour the double espresso from your cappuccino cup into a shaker with the 10 ice cubes.
Step 4.Enhance your drink with the sugar syrup.
Step 5.Shake the shaker for about 1 minute.
Step 6.
Pour the preparation into a large glass and enjoy immediately!
