Sage Barista Touch stainless steel espresso machine by 1895
Coffee, water, milk, that's all it takes, the machine will do the rest.
The Sage Barista Touch espresso machine by 1895 is considered a semi-automatic. This means that apart from handling the portafilter step by step, the machine takes care of everything.
The integrated grinder with a 250 g hopper is easily adjustable and will dispense the desired amount of grind up to 22 grams cleanly into the filter, thanks to the automatic trigger when the portafilter is in place.
Once the coffee is ground, you can tamp your grind with the detachable tamper placed on the side of the machine.
The coffee part is not lacking in terms of settings, it is possible to control the temperature as well as the infusion of your coffee in duration.
The machine will then perform your extraction as you have programmed it, all that remains is to taste.
Simple to use digital touchscreen
The Sage Barista Touch by 1895 is equipped with a digital touchscreen that allows you to easily choose the drink you want to enjoy.
The associated icons allow you to quickly find the drink that will tempt you, with 5 drinks pre-recorded : americano, espresso, latte, flat white and cappuccino.
Making an americano is a good example of the complete automation of the process: this drink will be made from a double espresso, then the separate water outlet will fill the cup with hot water.
A simple drink to choose, to make, and also as good as at the bar.
8 drink profiles for the whole family and fast heating
The espresso machine Sage Barista Touch by 1895 allows you to customize up to 8 drink profiles.
Once your drink is programmed, you can name it as you wish so that each family member has their own drink available in one click.
Thanks to the PID that manages the temperature and the OPV that ensures constant pressure, the drink is always perfect. With its innovative heating system, ThermoJet, the Sage Barista Touch reaches the optimal extraction temperature in just 3 seconds.
Latte art: child's play thanks to the automatic steam wand
Like many fans,Sage has also equipped this machine with its famousautomatic milk foam system. Thanks to theincluded milk jug, you don’t need to buy any extra equipment. The machine is simple to use: justadjust the foam texture you want for your drink (or let the pre-set programs handle it), then place the jug.
Aprobe is on the drip tray, allowing the machine to control theexact temperature so you enjoy perfect milk foam with the texture you expect.
You canset the temperature and thedesired foam texture, then all that’s left is tocreate beautiful latte art in your cup.
Accessories and maintenance
Accessories: Stainless-steel milk jug, cleaning disc, cleaning tablets, tamper, single-cup pressurized filter, double-cup pressurized filter, single-cup non-pressurized filter, double-cup non-pressurized filter, water filter cartridge with holder, cleaning brush, precision dosing tool “The Razor”, steam wand cleaning tool, detachable stainless tamper (stored on the machine’s side).
To extend the life of your Sage espresso machine by 1895 and ensure the best cup results, use a water filter cartridge (or pre-filtered water). Remember to descale the unit following the brand’s instructions (see manual) and clean accessories regularly. Find all SAGE maintenance products.
