No configuration needed to use the coffee machine, it is ready to use straight out of the box in just 10-15 minutes. For optimal safety, the Eureka Pura is equipped with anti-burn technology on both steam wands.
Technical features of the Eureka Pura
All the potential of the Eureka Jura coffee machine lies in its design. The Pura’s E61 brew group ensures stable boiler temperature and precise pressure control, essential conditions for optimal extraction.Pre-infusion, an E61 exclusive, reveals all the aromatic complexity of your coffees.
The 1.5cl stainless steel boiler of the Pura Eureka, combined with high-performance thermal insulation ensures stable and homogeneous water temperature. This design reduces heat loss and optimizes energy consumption. If the water level in the machine drops, it alerts you via a empty tank sensor that emits a small light.
If you are a coffee enthusiast looking for precise and consistent extraction, the Jura Eureka machine is equipped with a vibration pump. Thus, you will have better control over extraction by adjusting pressure and water flow.
A pressure gauge for extraction is integrated into the machine, for better control during extraction.

This espresso machine is equipped with a 2 L water tank that greatly facilitates filling and cleaning the machine. Its design allows for quick and convenient access, even in confined spaces
