Technical features of the Eureka Costanza
The real strength of the Eureka Costanza coffee machine lies in its engineering. The E61 brew group on the Costanza ensures thermal stability of the boiler and precise pressure control, crucial elements for perfect extraction. Thanks to the exclusive pre-infusion of the E61 system, all the aromatic richness of your coffees is highlighted.
The 1.5 cl stainless-steel boiler of the Costanza Eureka coffee machine, coupled with high-quality thermal insulation, maintains a stable and uniform water temperature. This design minimizes heat loss while optimizing energy efficiency. In addition, a low-water sensor signals any drop in water level with a gentle light indicator.
For coffee lovers seeking precise and consistent extraction, the Costanza Eureka machine is equipped with a vibratory pump. It allows you to better control extraction by adjusting pressure and water flow.
The Costanza coffee machine features a dual pressure gauge for brew pressure and boiler pressure. Instead, it is fitted with PID technology (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) that provides stable control of water temperature. This system lets you adjust the boiler temperature to the exact degree, thus ensuring optimal extraction based on your coffee and your preferences.
The other advantages of the Eureka Costanza coffee machine
The pre-infusion system that lightly moistens the ground coffee before extraction, allowing for a more even extraction and reducing bitterness. With the Costanza Eureka, you can track the number of extractions performed.
The built-in timer allows you to precisely control the extraction time, for consistently identical results
The machine is equipped with ECO mode. This mode reduces energy consumption by automatically putting the machine into standby after a period of inactivity. You can program the machine to turn on automatically at the desired time, every day of the week.

The semi-pro Eureka Costanza machine comes with : a 58 mm two-spout portafilter, single and double filter, a blind filter for maintenance, and an instruction manual.
Daily cleaning of the coffee machine is essential to maintain its performance over the long term. To degrease the brew group, use cleaning products specifically designed for brew groups along with the blind filter provided with the machine.
